TERMS OF SERVICE
By agreeing to commission me, you automatically accept my Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully and thoroughly before commissioning me!
General Information
- Acknowledge that you are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art
- I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.
- All personal information will be kept private and confidential.
Image Rights and Usage
- I remain the copyright holder of my work
- I retain the right to continue posting my artwork for advertising and portfolio purposes
- You may not edit/use my work unless it's a piece you have commissioned
- If you have purchased a piece, you may edit it however you wish as long as it follows my TOS, but my watermark must remain
- My work is not allowed to be used/edited in a discriminatory way
- Commissioners are free to post the completed artwork as long as I am credited
- My art is never allowed to be used in NFTS, Crypto, or AI
- Usage of my work for profit without being the commissioner, alongside paying for commercial usage rights is not allowed
- My commissions by default only include personal usage rights; I do not allow making a profit off of the work without purchasing a commercial rights license
Payments
- All commissions are only in Paypal, and will only accept USD (American Dollars). Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which I will send to the commissioner once the price and details of the commission(s) have been determined.
- The commissioner has 3 days to make their payment in full unless a payment plan has been previously discussed.
- I will not begin a commission until the full payment has been received
- Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or any kind of abuse.
- No refunds will be issued after I receive the payment unless it's a special case. Additionally, the Artist has the right to revoke the commission at any time if these Terms of Service are breached.
Work Speed
- I will try to finish your pic as soon as possible; however, please be patient with me.
- The most you'll have to wait for your commissions is about a month, maybe even two ( worst case scenario it may take even longer)
-The waiting time varies depending on the illustration or if there are other commissions to be done before yours
- I will always inform you if something comes up and if there is a delay with the art
- If you need your commission to be made by a certain date, please be sure you state it in the form when you commission me. An extra fee will be added due to giving your commission priority
- Any status updates you can dm/email whenever you want a status update on your commission
Commission Procedures
- The commissioner may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process, but may not request changes to the commission once they have approved the sketch, otherwise, it will count as a redraw.
- I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Though any big changes will come with an extra charge if the reference was unclear to begin with (ex. outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, bg changes or anything that make me have to redraw it completely
-Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via email in .jpeg format; this does not include the commission native files (e.g., .psd, .sai, etc.)
